Ponche Awarded E.M. Dirksen United States Courthouse
Alpharetta, GA - Ponche, now a part of iParametrics, has been awarded a contract
to provide cost estimating and scheduling services on the E.M. Dirksen Federal
Courthouse in Chicago, IL. The project consists of renovations to approximately
one million square feet of space serving Federal district courts, the FBI, the
Department of Justice, the General Service Administration (GSA), and other
Federal agencies iParametrics will prepare and maintain a CPM baseline
schedule to include 35,000 activities that are cost and resource loaded,
including HVAC and fire alarm systems. iParametrics has been tasked with
scheduling these activities without disrupting the day-to-day operations of
the building, which will remain occupied through project completion. The
project is scheduled to run through June 2008.
