Michel Joins iParametrics as Director of Scheduling and Project Controls



Atlanta-based engineering consulting firm iParametrics has named Michael Michel as Director of Scheduling and Project Controls. He is responsible for division operations, including business development and fulfillment of client services contracts.

Mr. Michel has over 25 years of experience with CPM scheduling and project controls, including management positions with international engineering and construction firms. He has extensive experience in the implementation of certifiable Earned Value Management Systems, as well as the development of project schedules for major Engineering, Procurement and Construction contracts in the public and private sectors. He is also skilled at project risk analysis and mitigation of cost and schedule uncertainties.

Mr. Michel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (Atlanta section).
