iParametrics awarded Adventure Aquarium Cost Segregation Project.
Alpharetta, GA - iParametrics has been awarded a contract to provide cost segregations
services on the $42M Adventure Aquarium Expansion and Renovation, located in Camden, New
Jersey. Adventure Aquarium is a 225,906 square foot entertainment and theme facility. The
expansion and renovation of the facility added over 86,000 square feet of exhibit space,
a 160 seat 4D theater, and a 3,300 square foot Animal Quarantine Building. The new
construction incorporates state-of-the-art aquarium design including a 550,000-gallon
tank and walk-through acrylic tunnels, advanced life support systems to maximize the
number of displayed species, a 4D interactive theater, restaurants, commercial
kitchen and gift shops.
