IPARAMETRICS TO PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) NATIONAL BROKER CONTRACT

 

iParametrics, LLC has been selected to provide comprehensive project management services under contract to Jones, Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. in support of GSA’s National Broker Contract. These services include everything from Architectural, Construction and Engineering oversight, document management and inspection services to bid management and review. By supporting the renovation of property, iParametrics assists in adding to GSA’s rentable square feet of space in their leasing program. Their total rentable space now tops 350 million square feet in 1,500 Federal buildings and 7,100 leased properties across the country.

 

The National Broker Contract is used by the GSA to provide real estate broker services to its federal agency clients. A handful of commercial real estate brokers are awarded broker service contracts under one national contract. By using private sector brokers, the GSA is able to provide a consistent and high-caliber pool of services nationwide.

 

iParametrics has worked on over 250 government task orders and has an outstanding record of quality performance on assignments for the GSA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Navy, the Department of Veterans Affairs, FEMA, and many other public and private sector clients. Having provided comprehensive project management services to both the public and private sectors since 2003 and participated in several billion dollars in design and construction projects, iParametrics is well-suited to deliver the excellent and reliable service expected on this contract.

 

In addition to project management, iParametrics’ areas of specialty include cost engineering and scheduling for the design and construction industries, contract management, cultural resources management, and staff augmentation for project teams of all types. Over the past five years, iParametrics has “loaned out” professional staff in approximately 20 professional disciplines in support of numerous projects. Our team members are currently engaged in a broad range of technical services supporting projects throughout the country.
