Andrew J. Klein is a Principal and co-founder of iParametrics.

Upon receiving his undergraduate degree in 1976, Mr. Klein worked for Martin Marietta’s Space Systems Division, in Denver, Colorado, as a Systems Engineer. As such, he was involved in a number of classified and non-classified programs, with both the Department of Defense and NASA. During the early 1980s, Mr. Klein played a key role in developing Martin Marietta’s program to commercialize Expendable Launch Vehicles, including the Titan III and the Space Shuttle.

After receiving his MBA in 1986, Mr. Klein raised venture capital to develop one of the first interactive online databases in the embryonic business-to-consumer space. Mr. Klein gained international recognition as a result of this venture (“Hello Yellow”), appearing on the cover of Entrepreneur Magazine in 1987. The business was sold in 1988 to US West, one of the “Baby Bell” telephone companies (now a part of AT&T).

From 1988 until 2001, Mr. Klein was President and Managing Partner of The BKI Companies, a global strategic consulting and advisory practice based in Atlanta. Mr. Klein served as key advisor in a number of high profile mergers and acquisitions in the “dot com” space, including the $3 Billion acquisition of Yellow Book and YellowBook.com by British Telecom, and the $500 Million acquisition of Vienna-based Herold Business Data by Swedish Telecom.

Mr. Klein holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver and an Undergraduate Degree from the State University of New York, Binghamton. Mr. Klein currently resides in Atlanta with his wife and three children.

Paul S. Pelletier, Jr. is a Principal and co-founder of iParametrics.

Mr. Pelletier has over eighteen years experience working within the engineering and construction industries, having held a number of sales, engineering and management roles with Autodesk, Inc., the McNaughton-McKay Company and the Holophane Lighting Division of Acuity Brands. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with some of the world's leading engineering and construction companies. His background includes extensive experience in water / wastewater, infrastructure, transportation and manufacturing, in both the public and commercial sectors.

Mr. Pelletier served in the United States Marine Corps and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Longwood University of Virginia (1989).

Ryan Ponche has over sixteen years of experience in project/construction management, cost estimating and scheduling. Prior to joining iParametrics, Ryan was co-founder and Vice President of Project Controls for Ponche Construction Consultants. His experience includes both new construction and renovation of structural steel and concrete structures; commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities as well as residential and commercial development. He has prepared estimates and schedules on municipal infrastructure facilities (including aviation, rail and water), federal and municipal courthouses, hospitals and laboratories, high rise buildings and numerous types of government and DOD projects. He is experienced in a broad range of industry standard estimating and scheduling systems including Primavera P3E, MS Project, Timberline, MCACES, Success, PC Cost and AutoCAD.

Mr. Ponche is a graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management (1990)

Wendy Duncan has over eighteen years experience in cost estimating, project management and disaster recovery for commercial general contractors, architectural and engineering firms and the federal government. Her experience includes project management and cost estimating within the military / DOD, educational, transportation, municipal, industrial and hospitality sectors. Ms. Duncan has worked in varying capacities on over 40 disasters, including floods, hurricanes, super typhoons, tornados, wildfires, mudslides, and acts of terrorism. She is experienced in the use of a broad range of industry standard estimating and design systems including Success, MCASES, Timberline, Insite, Paydirt, AutoCAD, REVIT and Microstation.

Ms. Duncan served in the United States Marine Corps and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic University (1989).

John Shepardson is Director of Cost Segregation and Depreciation Solutions

Mr. Shepardson has nine years experience in the Cost Segregation industry working for "Big Four" and regional accounting firms. Mr. Shepardson comes to iParametrics from Ernst & Young LLP where he was the Cost Segregation Solution Leader for the New England and New York Metro offices. He has extensive experience in cost segregation including analyses on purchased, in-service and newly constructed properties. Additionally, Mr. Shepardson's experience includes IRS audit defense and technical reviews.

Mr. Shepardson holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Boston College. Mr. Shepardson also recently completed and passed the testing requirements to become an IRS Enrolled Agent. Enrolled Agents are the only tax professionals tested by the IRS on their knowledge of tax law and regulations, and are governed by Treasury Circular 230 in their practice before the IRS.

Kirby McCrary is Director of Debris Services

Mr. McCrary is a registered professional engineer with over twenty-four years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His seventeen years with the Florida Department of Transportation includes project development, roadway design, railroad construction management, and public information. He spent six years with RS&H CS, Inc. performing construction engineering inspection (CEI) services as a Senior Project Engineer on roadway and railroad construction projects in South Florida, and was heavily involved in hurricane recovery operations during the 2004-06 storm seasons. Upon leaving RS&H CS, Mr. McCrary started his own business, Disaster Recovery Resources, Inc., in Winston-Salem, NC, utilizing his debris-related experience to assist applicants with preparation, response, and training.

Mr. McCrary also spent 16 years in the National Guard and Army Reserve, rising to the rank of Captain. His military credits include Staff Officer of the 841st Combat Engineer Battalion (Miami, FL) and Commander of Alpha Company, 841st Combat Engineer Battalion. (Ft. Lauderdale, FL).

Mr. McCrary holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida (1990) and is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and Florida. He also is a contributing writer to the online journal, Domestic Preparedness, addressing debris management and applicant issues.
