Erica Carter, MA, MEP, KCEM, serves as iParametrics’ Director of Training and Exercises, bringing over 17 years of experience in emergency management across government, healthcare, and higher education. She is a skilled facilitator, trainer, and exercise coordinator with deep expertise in community resilience and strategic preparedness planning. Erica has led the development and execution of complex training programs and exercises for clients including the Orange County Transportation Authority, Sarasota County, and the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has created certification programs for the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering and designed FEMA-compliant trainings for Fluor’s public assistance teams. Erica holds a Master’s in Homeland Security from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in Biochemistry from the University of Kansas. She is a FEMA-certified Master Exercise Practitioner and a Kansas Certified Emergency Manager.
