Kathleen brings nearly a decade of experience in grant writing, research, and nonprofit development to the iParametrics team. She specializes in identifying funding opportunities and crafting compelling proposals that support community resilience, infrastructure, and public health initiatives.
Her work has helped secure millions in funding for clients such as Wyandotte County, the City of Aurora, and the City of Palo Alto—supporting everything from water efficiency upgrades to natural gas infrastructure and urban greening projects. Kathleen is especially skilled at navigating federal funding sources, including HUD, FEMA, and the Department of the Interior.
With a Master’s in Public Health and a background in global disaster management and humanitarian assistance, she combines strategic thinking with a deep commitment to public service. Kathleen is also fluent in Spanish and has spent years working internationally with youth and community-focused nonprofits.
