Case Manager

Ana D. Chambers is an experienced professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services Administration and a minor in Psychology from Saint Leo University. As the Disaster Case Manager for the Hernando County THU Program, Ana brings strong communication skills and a passion for supporting disaster-affected residents. Her local experience as an Admissions Counselor and the Re-Entry Admissions Counselor at Keiser University and working with students with their Social Skills and Behavior Management as part of the In-School Suspension Program for Hernando County Schools has equipped her to work effectively with diverse populations. Ana will assist survivors with FEMA and Hope Florida applications, connect them with critical resources, and support their recovery efforts. Her fluency in English and Spanish ensures accessible and compassionate service to the community.
