Brian Tritten

Brian is a seasoned Program Manager and retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with more than 25 years of experience leading complex engineering, construction, and modernization initiatives across military and federal programs. A strategic thinker and proven operational leader, Brian has guided cross-functional teams through five global deployments, managed multi-billion-dollar engineering portfolios, and delivered critical disaster response and infrastructure programs across the United States and abroad.
At the Pentagon, Brian served as Chief of Operations and Chief of Program Integration for the Office of the Chief of Engineers, where he directed strategic planning and secured funding for large-scale modernization efforts. He has commanded and developed units at every level—from battalion command at Fort Johnson to strategic planning roles with NATO’s Allied Rapid Reaction Corps in the United Kingdom. His leadership consistently drives operational readiness, effective crisis response, and long-term resilience.
Brian’s extensive experience includes serving as Deputy District Commander for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Savannah, overseeing a $1 billion construction program and $2.5 billion in dispersed military and civil works. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. His dedication to mission success, talent development, and continuous improvement makes him a vital asset in delivering high-impact solutions for federal and military stakeholders.
