Falon Alo is a dedicated humanitarian services professional with over 14 years of experience leading disaster response, recovery, and humanitarian aid efforts across the United States and internationally. As Director of Humanitarian Services at iParametrics, she spearheads large-scale disaster recovery programs, including multi-agency disaster case management operations, strategic program development, and the efficient delivery of critical services to impacted communities.

Throughout her career, Falon has led disaster case management programs that have served more than 7,000 individuals and households in the wake of some of the most devastating natural disasters in recent history. She has been deployed to 19 federally declared disaster events, responding to catastrophic hurricanes, floods, and other emergencies, and has designed long-term recovery strategies that prioritize community resilience and equity.

Her areas of expertise include managing individual assistance programs at the state and federal levels, policy development, and training and mentoring frontline response teams. A recognized leader in the humanitarian sector, Falon is known for her commitment to social justice, her ability to navigate complex systems, and her passion for empowering vulnerable populations.

Falon holds a Master of Social Work in International and Community Development from Monmouth University, where she also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Work at Monmouth University, specializing in Human Rights Leadership, further advancing her mission to promote dignity, justice, and systemic change through her work.
