Hayley Brotherton

Operations Specialist

Hayley supports iParametrics as a key member of the Operations Team, where she ensures seamless processes across onboarding, expense reporting, cadre management, deployment travel, and human resources. With a strong commitment to efficiency and organization, she plays a vital role in helping the team operate at its highest level.

Before joining iParametrics, Hayley spent 15 years as a professional stage manager in the Atlanta theatre scene. Alongside her work in theatre, she also built a diverse career in the corporate world, holding administrative roles in industries such as life insurance, non-profit, human resources, and recruiting. After transitioning out of theatre, she fully embraced her corporate path, bringing her passion for supporting others and streamlining operations to every role.

Hayley holds a BFA in Theatre Performance with a focus in Stage Management and Production from Shorter College (2004).
