Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, Katarina began her career as a professional dancer for the San Antonio Spurs before becoming a dance coach and choreographer. After graduating from the University of Incarnate Word, she moved to Austin, TX to build her operational expertise at a rapidly growing aerospace tech company supporting the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. She later transitioned into disaster management and emergency response with a Portland-based staffing firm, where she focused on employee relations and supporting critical response efforts.

At iParametrics, Kat leads efforts to enhance candidate experience and engagement through the development of streamlined communications and the integration of technical tools that improve efficiency and user satisfaction. She focuses on fostering collaboration, aligning team priorities, and enhancing recruiting strategies to meet client needs.

Now back in her hometown, Kat enjoys life in San Antonio with her husband, RJ, and their three dogs—Peyton, Duncan, and Luna. She loves reading, live music, and is currently learning to play the piano.
