In early 2020, a novel coronavirus (COVID-19) appeared and created a global pandemic. As the virus approached the United States, the iParametrics team developed an online training to help aid our employees, clients, first responders, and the larger community.

SITUATION

There was a lack of consistent, science-based information on the COVID-19 situation given the rapidly changing nature of the situation. Our clients were searching for information they could share with their employees, stakeholders, and communities about the virus and their response.

TASK

Our job was to create a concise and informative training designed to educate the community in an easily accessible format. We used our existing Learning Management System and team to create this easy-to-understand training that explained the virus's impact and best practices in prevention.

ACTION

We designed and launched a training hosted in our Learning Management Systems (LMS) in less than 48 hours. The course was regularly updated each Friday with the latest research and deployed to multiple client LMSs.

RESULT

The course educated thousands of people across our client base, first responders, and the general public. Over a 99% satisfaction rate was observed and the course was deployed in three different learning management systems within the first week.

You can check out the course on iParametrics' Learning Management System.
