DATA WE COLLECT

COMPLYCUBE VERIFICATION

To enhance the security and verification process, we use ComplyCube verification software, which requires you to provide a picture of your identification (ID) card and perform a video face verification to verify your identity. This data, including pictures of your identification document and live facial images, will be stored securely in accordance with our data protection procedures.

WHY WE COLLECT YOUR DATA

We process applications for a variety of grant and other programs on behalf of various federal, state, and other governmental authorities.  In order to process these applications, we must collect your data. The following are example reasons why we collect your data:

  • To qualify and check for eligibility of any of the federal, state, or government-funded grant programs that we manage and/or for any of the federal, state, or government-funded programs that you apply for on our website (“Program”).
  • To determine if you are eligible for a Program award and to determine an award amount.
  • To communicate with you in the event we need more information from you or to update you on your Program application or for other reasons.

iParametrics LLC is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. iParametrics LLC has taken commercially reasonable actions to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard the information we collect from you.

iParametrics LLC is required to retain your data as per the policies, regulations, statutes, and laws of the applicable state, local, tribal, and federal government agencies and bodies that govern the Programs for which you have provided personal data.  We may be required by law to retain your data even if you ask us to delete it.

DATA DELETION AND RETENTION

You may request the deletion of your data, including your ID card images and live facial images, by contacting us at [email protected]. If you do not request the deletion of your data, we will retain your data on file for a period of 5 years. We may be required by law to retain your data even if you ask us to delete it.

U.S. BASED SERVICE

Our center of operation is in the United States. Your data is held in the United States and transactions are processed in US Dollars on servers in the United States. As such, all data is held in accordance with United States laws and procedures, which differ from those in other regions of the world, such as the European Union. By using this service, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these data policies.

Contact us by email at [email protected] if you do not want us to collect or use your information, or if you would like for us to delete the information that we have obtained.  Please note that such a request would terminate your application and you would not be able to receive a grant or other type of award even if you were otherwise deemed eligible to receive a grant or other type of award. Please note we may not be legally able to delete your information if your application has been accepted by the proper authority, and if you have been deemed eligible for a grant or other type of award and if the grant or award is being or has been processed.
