After COVID-19 and other disasters, the City required expert grant administration and strategic recovery services. Officials needed to secure FEMA PA reimbursements, apply ARPA effectively, and position the City for long-term funding success.

iParametrics was selected to manage FEMA PA applications, optimize CARES and ARPA uses, and advise on program strategy. Our role included reviewing funding requests, coordinating with leadership, and maximizing available federal resources.

We delivered technical assistance, grant writing, community outreach, and layered funding strategies. Our team maintained compliance documentation, testified before the finance committee, and helped identify new opportunities to align recovery funding with City goals.

To date, we’ve reviewed hundreds of grant applications and distributed over $500,000 in funding. Our efforts have enhanced transparency, accelerated recovery, and improved readiness. Providence remains better positioned to pursue future disaster declarations with confidence.
