Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital:
Disaster Recovery & Grant Management
Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH), a nationally recognized pediatric facility in Florida, partnered with iParametrics to navigate FEMA Public Assistance (PA) and Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) funding following federally declared disasters. The hospital required expert support to recover costs, build resilience, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Situation
JHACH needed structured disaster recovery consulting to secure federal reimbursements, manage mitigation projects, and maintain audit readiness across multiple facilities and funding streams. The hospital required a partner experienced in both compliance and resilience planning.
Task
iParametrics was tasked with managing all grant applications and supporting documentation, overseeing compliance with 2 CFR 200, and identifying eligible projects for FEMA and HMGP funding. The scope included cost tracking, financial reconciliation, and long-term mitigation planning.
Action
We implemented a comprehensive recovery approach: preparing and submitting FEMA applications via the Grants Portal, auditing recovery costs, coordinating with agencies, providing procurement guidance, and conducting benefit-cost analyses (BCAs) for mitigation proposals.
Result
iParametrics helped JHACH maximize reimbursements, strengthen internal compliance systems, and accelerate funding approvals. The partnership improved operational resilience and is now extended through 2027 under a multi-year agreement.
