Emergency Operations Plan Update
Home to nearly 170,000 residents, Wyandotte County operates under a unified government with Kansas City. The County needed to update its Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and engaged iParametrics to provide comprehensive services.
Situation
The Unified Government (UG) sought technical support to update their Emergency Operations Plan. The County was facing an expedited schedule to update the EOP due to the State of Kansas changing the review process for EOPs.
Task
To assist with the accelerated timeline, Wyandotte County engaged iParametrics to support revisions to the existing EOP, vet specific information related to key stakeholders and response partners, and improve the accessibility of the Plan.
Action

Our team validated critical information with key stakeholders and response partners, ensuring accuracy and relevance across all functional areas. In addition, we enhanced the accessibility and usability of the Plan, streamlining its structure and formatting to support quick reference during real-world incidents and decision-making.
Result
iParametrics conducted a detailed review of the County’s existing EOP, facilitated targeted outreach and data collection, and developed a fully FEMA-compliant plan tailored to Wyandotte County’s unique needs.
