Alex Frederick serves as a Case Manager at iParametrics, supporting communities and local governments in disaster recovery and federally funded assistance programs. He works directly with applicants and stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, eligibility review, and compliance with FEMA and 2 CFR 200 requirements. Alex plays a key role in guiding clients through complex funding processes while maintaining strong communication and accountability throughout project lifecycles.

Alex brings experience in emergency preparedness, hazard mitigation, ARPA-funded recovery programs, and public safety initiatives. He has supported disaster recovery efforts including Hurricane Helene (DR-4827-NC), as well as multiple pandemic financial recovery programs across North Carolina, Kansas, Rhode Island, and Georgia. His work includes grant application review, subrecipient monitoring, audit coordination, invoice reconciliation, and compliance oversight, contributing to the successful distribution and management of public funds.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science with a minor in Disability Studies from Arkansas Tech University.
