Bethany Kmeid serves as the Proposal Operations Manager and Federal Market Lead at iParametrics, where she drives strategic growth of the company’s federal services footprint while reinforcing operational excellence across capture and proposal functions. In this role, she focuses on strengthening internal capabilities, aligning proposal and capture efforts to federal priorities, and supporting the expansion of iParametrics’ federal portfolio through disciplined, scalable pursuit processes.

In addition to leading federal market initiatives, Bethany oversees proposal operations, ensuring consistency, compliance, and quality across federal and other public-sector pursuits. She plays a key role in refining proposal processes, supporting capture teams, and enabling staff to execute competitive, compliant submissions in alignment with federal acquisition requirements.

Bethany brings more than five years of experience supporting federal and Department of Defense proposal efforts, with hands-on experience as both a Proposal Coordinator and Proposal Manager. She is trained in Shipley methodology and holds the APMP Foundation Certification (CF APMP), an internationally recognized credential for bid and proposal professionals.

She holds an Associate in Applied Business and is committed to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and developing strong proposal practices that support organizational growth.
