Ken Cressman is a seasoned project controls and scheduling leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting complex, mission-critical programs across engineering, construction, and government environments. He brings deep expertise in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), integrated master scheduling, and capital project estimating, helping organizations strengthen performance, improve cost and schedule certainty, and maintain operational continuity.

Ken’s experience spans federal, defense, environmental remediation, and industrial sectors, where he has led enterprise-level project controls implementations and supported major programs for the U.S. Department of Defense and Department of Energy. His ability to integrate cost, schedule, and performance data ensures programs are not only compliant but also strategically aligned and execution-ready.

With a proven track record in EVMS compliance, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and DCMA validations, Ken delivers practical, results-driven solutions that enhance visibility, accountability, and decision-making across large-scale programs. His work has supported initiatives ranging from $2 million to more than $750 million, consistently driving improved program performance and risk mitigation.

Prior to supporting iParametrics as an independent contractor, Ken held leadership roles with Environmental Chemical Corporation, Pearl Group Management, Alutiiq LLC, Raytheon Polar Services, CH2M Hill, Jacobs Engineering, and McDonnell Douglas Astronautics. In these roles, he led EVMS implementations, supported IBRs and DCMA validations, and provided comprehensive project controls oversight for complex capital programs.

Ken is a Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA®) and Certified Cost Technician/Instructor Professional (CCTIP®). He has authored articles in Cost Engineering Magazine and presented at PMI and AACE conferences.
