Marjorie Townsend is an Associate Project Manager at iParametrics, where she leads the development and execution of comprehensive subrecipient monitoring plans to ensure compliance with federal grant regulations. In her role, she provides increased oversight of monitoring activities and plays a key role in resolving compliance issues. Marjorie reviews subrecipient agreements for alignment with federal guidelines, conducts audits of financial and programmatic records, and works closely with grant management teams to implement corrective action strategies. She is currently helping to manage ARPA grants totaling over $133,000,000.

Marjorie earned her Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration from Boston University and completed Haifa University’s International Studies program.

Marjorie received a Grant Writing Certificate from the University of Georgia.
