Senior Project Manager

Michelle Fidelia is a bilingual Senior Project Manager at iParametrics. She specializes in helping clients manage and implement projects funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). She oversees large-scale initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while advising local government officials on proper reporting requirements to the U.S. Treasury.

Previously, Michelle managed over 600 applicant files for the State of Florida under the Rebuild Florida Program following Hurricane Irma. She also played a key role in Puerto Rico’s disaster recovery efforts under the R3 program, where her office was the first to complete a home repair after Hurricane Maria. 

Michelle holds dual degrees in International Studies and French from North Carolina State University, with a minor in Spanish. She also earned a grant writing certificate from the University of Georgia.
