Nazrawit (Naz) Medhanie is a dynamic international development and strategy professional with over 15 years of experience leading programs and teams across sectors including community development, crisis response, and corporate social responsibility. She brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, knowledge management, and DEI strategy. Naz has successfully led global initiatives with organizations such as USAID, Africa Development Promise, and the Rose Community Foundation, where she directed HR and culture strategies.
