AdventHealth: Emergency Recovery & Mitigation Consulting
AdventHealth, a prominent nonprofit healthcare system across the southeastern U.S., engaged iParametrics to manage complex disaster recovery and mitigation efforts following federally declared disasters. The project aimed to secure FEMA, HMGP, and CDBG-DR funding to restore operations, strengthen infrastructure, and build internal grant management capacity.
Situation
With extensive healthcare facilities and critical services, AdventHealth faced regulatory and logistical challenges following disaster events. The organization needed expert guidance to develop eligible projects, manage documentation, and meet rigorous compliance standards across multiple federal programs.
Task
iParametrics was tasked with delivering full lifecycle support for disaster recovery, including eligibility assessments, documentation preparation, benefit-cost analysis, and regulatory coordination. The goal was to maximize funding, reduce risk, and accelerate the recovery process.
Action
We deployed a multidisciplinary team to evaluate projects, submit applications, and maintain ongoing compliance. Deliverables included HMGP applications, FEMA PA eligibility support, CDBG-DR project development, and procurement guidance. iParametrics also provided real-time consultation to enhance client capacity.
