Florida Division of Emergency Management:
IMT & EOC Support
Following Hurricanes Debby and Milton’s widespread impact in Florida’s Big Bend and East Central regions, the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) engaged iParametrics to enhance statewide disaster response and recovery operations. Our personnel supported IMTs, EOCs, and field teams during the 2024 hurricane season.
Situation
FDEM needed seasoned emergency managers to support rapid mobilization, resource coordination, and compliance during high-impact storm recovery. The state required seamless operational integration and FEMA-aligned support for response execution.
Task
iParametrics was tasked with providing technical experts to assist with incident planning, logistics, and financial documentation across EOCs and IMTs. Our goal was to improve response coordination and documentation for FEMA reimbursement and long-term recovery support.
Action
We deployed staff to support field operations and state-level coordination, assisted with development of Incident Action Plans (IAPs), and provided compliance oversight for cost tracking and grant management. Our team also performed situational data analysis to support leadership decisions.
Result
iParametrics earned commendation from FDEM for seamlessly integrating into operations, enhancing response efficiency, and reinforcing statewide disaster resilience. Our support contributed to the successful management of the 2024 hurricane season.
