Saline County, Kansas:

ARPA Grant Program Administration

Located in the center of the state, in the center of the country, Saline County is home to approximately 55,000 residents. The County sits 80 miles north of the state’s largest city and 100 miles west of the state capital. Saline County received significant federal aid under CARES and ARPA in response to COVID-19. To manage these funds effectively and ensure regulatory compliance, the County partnered with iParametrics for strategic grant support, fund distribution, and reporting.

Situation

With over $21 million in combined relief from CARES and ARPA, Saline County needed expert support to coordinate federal compliance, maximize local benefits, and ensure consistent recovery programming across local governments and nonprofits.

Task

iParametrics was tasked with supporting ARPA fund management, developing strategies to optimize impact, building staff capacity, and ensuring federal compliance. The goal was to provide policy and technical guidance across subrecipient projects.

Action

We provided advisory services on fund distribution and pandemic recovery, developed systems for grant tracking and reporting, and facilitated inter-county coordination. A technology solution was implemented to monitor sub-recipient disbursements and compliance.

Result

As the project continues, iParametrics has positioned the County to manage ARPA funds effectively with enhanced tracking tools. Our support strengthened regulatory adherence and helped build a sustainable framework for disaster funding oversight.
