Alexis Balde serves as iParametrics’ Assistant Director of Humanitarian Services, bringing more than 12 years of experience leading disaster recovery, housing, and human services programs. She specializes in building efficient, client-focused operations that strengthen service delivery, improve organizational performance, and help communities recover following disasters. Throughout her career, Alexis has led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex recovery operations, and developed scalable processes that enhance both program effectiveness and the client experience.

Alexis has supported federal, state, and local recovery initiatives across the country, including leadership roles with Hernando County, the Georgia Emergency Management Agency (GEMA), Tidal Basin, and Hearts & Hands Disaster Recovery. Her experience includes directing Disaster Case Management operations, overseeing large service center and field teams, collaborating with Long-Term Recovery Groups (LTRGs), and implementing operational improvements that strengthen coordination, accountability, and long-term recovery outcomes.

Known for her collaborative leadership style and commitment to continuous improvement, Alexis combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational expertise to help organizations deliver high-quality services to disaster survivors. She is passionate about developing resilient programs, empowering teams, and ensuring communities receive the support they need during recovery.

Alexis holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from Saint Leo University.
